Meet The Firms
Meet The Firms will be held on September 20th from 6:00PM to 9:00PM in the Illini Union in rooms 314, 317 and 319
Payments are due two weeks prior to the event.

Interview Day Procedures
The event will be hosted at the TCC Interview Suite Room 213 at 616 E. Green Street, Champaign. Your interview room may not be the room listed on Handshake. At check-in, you will be told your interview room.
Most interviews begin at 9:00 AM and end at 4:30 PM. You can begin checking in at 8:30 AM. At check-in, you will receive your Recruitment Folder, which will include your final interview schedule and nametags.
Student Resume Submission
Once your registration and interview schedules have been approved, students who qualify for the position will have the chance to submit their resumes. The official "Student Resume Submission Week" will be the week following Meet the Firms. Students will be told that all job postings will be listed prior to this week, so that they may more efficiently submit their resumes to all positions they are interested in.
Once the positions are closed, you will receive an email containing the resumes of every student who has applied to your interview (if you choose to "Receive Auto-Generated Resume Packet" in your new schedule request). Alternatively, you can login to Handshake and view each student's resume online. If you do not receive an email or are unable to view students that have applied within the next several days, please contact the Vice President.
You have approximately a week and a half from when the positions are closed to make your pre-select and alternate selections of who you would like to interview with. It is very important that we receive your selections by this time so that students can register for an interview.
Student Selection Process
Pre-selects, alternates, and open sign-ups represent the three rounds of student registration that take place for interviews.
Pre-selects are those students that you feel are the most qualified for the position and the ones that you would like to interview with the most. You can only pre-select as many students as you have interview slots available. Students that are pre-selected will have the first priority when signing up for an interview time.
Alternates represent the second round of registration. Students that are selected as an alternate will have second priority when registering for an interview time and would generally fill in any remaining times still available. Typically alternates are those students who are still quality candidates for the position, yet didn’t quite stand out as much as those students who were pre-selected. There is no limit to the number of students that can be selected as alternates. Please be sure to select many alternates, as many of your pre-selected students may not sign up for an interview.
Open sign-ups represent the final round of registering for interview slots, and any student that meets the qualifications originally posted for the position can register at this time. This option can help guarantee you will have a full day of interviewing, yet it does not give you the control of who can register, as long as they meet the qualifications.
