Scholarships can make higher education more accessible to students by removing some of the financial barriers that come with pursuing a college degree. However, sometimes there is a lack of information about what aid is available. In this workshop, Corrie Proksa, fellow of the Society of Actuaries and former University of Illinois advisor and instructor, will share helpful information and tips to earning an actuarial scholarship.
